About Amy
All of my life I have had many different hobbies. Horses, water stuff, piano, dancing etc., but of all the things that I have gotten myself into, music has been the outlet that I have always felt very passionate about.

God really blessed my life when he placed me into a family that has that same passion. My father, Calvin Gann of the Gann Brothers has been able to give me so many opportunities in the music industry that most people never have the chance to experience. For that I will be forever grateful!

Now back to how this all got started. When I moved away from home for college, I was forced to have to discover what my Faith really meant to me. I no longer had anyone waking me up on Sunday mornings telling me to get ready for church, I didn’t have my parents there to tell what to do and what not to do. Basically, I had to become my own woman in God's eyes. This is the point in my life when I knew that God had a very specific calling on my life, and that calling was through a music ministry.

To be very honest, I ran from that calling for many years though. I had a million reasons not to do it, but one day the Lord got a hold of me and for lack of a better word, he had to "shake" me to get my attention. Our God is a loving God, but He will only take NO for an answer for so long.

Long story short, (Well to me this is the short version) I answered God's calling and surrendered to His will for my life. As a testament of God's faithfulness in my life, He has blessed me beyond measure. He sent me the man of my dreams, who has just recently become my husband, He gave me a wonderful teaching job, and the list just goes on and on.

My prayer for this project is that God will use it to, not only change lives, but to also challenge Christians to fully surrender to God's will for their lives. In Him is where the only REAL joy exists.

Blessings,
~Amy
